This wine is made of 100% Pinot Noir, located in the legendary Bien Nacido Vineyard. Au Bon Climat is owned by renowned winemaker Jim Clendenen. The wine immediately shows fresh strawberry and blackberry, with a hint of clove and anise, that will surely become more pronounced over the years. Young, juicy, vibrant, and delicious Pinot Noir, perfect for a whole roasted Cauliflower topped with pine nuts, and drizzled with a fruity pomegranate molasses.
