This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from estate vineyards in Santa Barbara County. A richer style of Pinot Noir this bottling is ripe with flavors of cherry, cola, clove, raspberry, and leather. Cellaring will reward you, as will thorough decanting. Pair with Filet Mignon, or Veal Stew.
