Description
This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley in California. Pair it with roasted chicken legs over a savory couscous. It is aged sur-lie, undergoes lees stirring, full malolactic fermentation, and minimal use of French oak to bring you an incredibly balanced and flavorful Chardonnay. The wine displays abundant floral and stone fruit aromas lightly accented by toasty, graham cracker “lees-y” qualities. The mouth feel is creamy and full but the natural acidity of the Russian River fruit carries the juice to a long, clean finish.
