This wine is made from 100% Roussane. Pair it with lighter cuts of fish, fried or baked with lemon drizzled on top. Roussane as a single varietal is very fresh and aromatic with notes of eucalyptus, lemon, apricot, and beeswax. This is a light and easy drinking white perfect to crack open on your porch or around the dinner table.
