Description
This wine is made from 100% Barbera. Pair it with a juicy ribeye with chimichurri, and garlic lemon broccolini. This is an absolutely stellar expression of the Langhe’s most reslient grape. Vinified partially whole cluster and aged in botti, to add richness to wine with naturally mouthwatering acidity. The vineyards are in the San Sebastiano area of Monforte, which was once within the Barolo appellation, which speaks to the quality of these grapes.
