Description
This wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo. The grapes are destemmed to balance out the power of this wonderful grape. Aged 8 to 12 months in barrel to soften the wine out even more and send it far and above other Langhe Nebbiolo’s. Barolo for less! We would pair it with a New York Strip and scalloped potatoes.
