Description
This wine is made of 100% Ull de Llebre, the local clone of Tempranillo. A smooth and textured wine with hints of red fruit, vanilla, and clove from a 3 month oak aging process followed by another 3 months in underground cement tanks on its lees. Pair this with a rich Paella made with any proteins you’d like, or some delicious burgers. The Costers del Segre DO in Northeastern Spain was recently created, and features both native and planted grape varietals in a variety of microclimates.
