Description
This wine is a field blend of Mencia, Bastardo (Trousseau), and Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet), Palomino, and several other indigenous varietals from Bierzo, Spain. A medium bodied, refreshing wine with plenty of cherry, leather, pepper, and blackberry. Pair with roast chicken, or pub fair.
