Description
This wine is made of 100% Bobal. It has bountiful fruit, with soft tannins and a smooth finish. It makes a very nice pairing for leaner and more flavorful steak dishes like tacos. This wine also benefits from a brief maceration to create a fresh and juicy expression of the grape. It is fermented and raised in concrete tanks, and crafted from en vaso trained Bobal vines averaging 50 years of age (some of them up to 100 years) on clay-calcareous soils.
