Description
This wine is made of 100% Chardonnay. Grown from clay limestone soils, and fermented in stainless steel, this “southern” expression of Chardonnay has a fresh palate of ripe orchard fruits and briny minerality. We would pair this with a sweet corn and prawn risotto. 100% Organic.
