Made with 100% Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru village of Ecueil, this champagne is a blend of three successive vintages and aged under cork. With a dosage of 7g/L, it offers a perfect balance of ripe flavor, crispy acidity, firm minerality, and meaty fruit. While excitedly pouring this for us at a show in New York, Frdric Savart himself said with wide eyes, “THIS is 100% Pinot Noir.” You’ll have to experience what he-and we- are so enthusiastic about over special meal or, with a juicy burger and a big bowl of French Fries.
