Description
This wine is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from Champagne, France. A rich rose saigne of Pinot Noir makes up the bulk of blend adding full rich fruit flavors, with the Chardonnay adding structure, minerality and bready notes to the wine. Plenty of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus peel, and brioche to go around with this wine. Pair with a romantic anniversary, or rich glazed salmon and rice.
