Description
This wine is 100% Riesling from the Pfalz region of Germany. It is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for 18 months after being fermented dry. A classic petroleum nose followed up by citrus and minerality on the tongue. Enjoy with crab cakes or lemon pasta.
