Description
This wine is made of 90% Bobal and 10% mixed indigenous varieties including Pardilla, Malvasa, Moravia Agra, Moravia Dulce, and Rojal. To highlight its rich, brambly character, pair it with some roast chicken or halloumi, and cook either with a pomegranate molasses sauce.
