Description
This wine is made of 100% Moschofilero. We would pair it with a roast chicken or grilled swordfish steak seasoned with garlic, oregano, rosemary, and lemon. This is an orange wine, being fermented on its skins. It has notes of grapefruit, orange zest and strawberry. The wine is unfined, unfiltered fermented with native yeasts. Aged in Terra Cotta.
