Description
This wine is made of 100% Moschofilero. Moscho means “aromatic”, and is a clear characteristic of this “ros”, almost to the point where it may appear sweet. However, the palate is dry, savory, and refreshing. The grape is technically white, but Troupis uses its pink skins to produce a wine more in common with a ros. Savory and crushable, and a good pairing with tinned fish, semi-soft cheeses, and crusty bread.
