This bottle of Olde St. Nick Infinity Cask Whiskey was created here at our family distillery in Bardstown, drops from our vintage barrels, a little of this and that, 4-19 yrs old replenished over time. Non-chill filtered and ever-changing, its a fun project we share with friends. We dont make much but its usually pretty good.
